Background Printing Instructions

  1. In Internet Explorer go to TOOLS
  2. INTERNET OPTIONS
  3. then click on the ADVANCED tab
  4. scroll down all the way to the "Printing" icon and check the box PRINT BACKGROUND COLORS AND IMAGES.
  5. click APPLY and then it should work.
To restore, follow the same procedure, but uncheck the box. Let me know if this helps.

  3. check the box that says PRINT BACKGROUNDS
  4. click OK
